Global Portfolio Specialist

As a global portfolio Specialist you will:

  • Work in an international environment and be given the responsibility to maintain and improve our “Material Code Request Tool”;
  • Handle all Material Master Code requests for Agfa Healthcare IT for “Material Code Requests” (Own IP, standard and non-standard 3rd party products and services) with focus on quality and fast turnaround;
  • Improve existing processes to optimize the turnaround time of a Material Code Request;
  • Verify code requests, take corrective actions if required and contact Agfa Healthcare IT or third parties if required;
  • Maintain and update the price book information with all product and service information required for the internal sales tool and consult stakeholders depending on the context and request content (from e.g. product managers, 3rd party product managers, Product Design & Validation, Purchasing, Legal, …);
  • Provide product request information to all stakeholders to optimize the portfolio (if requests are repetitive, if pricing is not streamlined according known references, if directives are not applied in certain countries, if irregularities are determined, etc.).

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor degree is preferred;
  • Knowledge of the Agfa Healthcare product & solutions portfolio and knowledge of sales tools and sales processes (such as Sofon Guided Selling) are highly appreciated;
  • Conceptual understanding of IT-infrastructure (hardware, software, services);
  • You are an experienced MS office-user and eager to learn ServiceNow and other tools;
  • You take ownership and a pay attention to details;
  • You are proactive and driven by process improvement;
  • Being able to work as team player and independently are a must;
  • You have great communications skills both verbal and in writing (English – other languages are an asset);
  • You enjoy working in an international environment.
