Strategy & Analysis Coordinator (f/m) with proven expertise in international and national FR or marketing analysis incl. benchmarking

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for global and individual market fundraising analysis and reporting
  • Set-up and maintain workspaces and virtual collaboration structure in the Fundraising analysis area
  • Coordinate planning in alignment with Federation Planning for the International Competence Centre Fund Development (ICC FD)
  • Coordinate knowledge sharing activities in the area of Fundraising analysis within ICC FD and networks, including FD input for planning of our Promoting and Supporting Associations
  • Provide active support in Strategy & Analysis (market development) projects, e.g. implementation of strategy 2030, KPI strategy, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Marketing, Social Science or a related discipline, or a relevant Technical Diploma with considerable experience
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years proven expertise in international and national fundraising or commercial marketing analysis including benchmarking
  • Experience in compiling and analysis of large data and drafting narratives of related reports
  • Experience in data visualisation techniques
  • Experience in organising and coordinating meetings of multiple stakeholders
  • Advanced MS Office user skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English; good command of German and/or Spanish an advantage
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Solution-oriented and structured way of working
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with hands-on mentality
  • Candidates must hold a valid Austrian working permit or have EU citizenship
