Health Information Systems Adviser
Gross Salary £59,370 – £77,180 per annum dependent on proven ability plus excellent benefits.

As part of a cutting edge and service-oriented team, and with significant international travel, you will lead the implementation, utilization and capacity building of a manual and electronic client-based management information system (CMIS) to support clinic data management, analysis, reporting and data driven decision-making across a wide range of diverse clinics and service delivery points.
You have a proven track record in project/programme management, working in, or with clinics, in particular in developing countries. With experience of developing procedures, guidelines and other technical or instructional best practice materials you have a working knowledge of health information systems, along with knowledge of medical issues, including sexual and reproductive health. You have a post-graduate, to at least Masters level, in a clinical/medical or social sciences field, or equivalent standard of education. You have advanced IT skills.
With excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity, you have strong training and coaching skills, together with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences. You have strong leadership and problem solving skills, along with good staff management skills. You have strong written communication skills and are fluent in English. A working knowledge of French is desirable.
