Area Sales Responsible – Russian Speaking
The main responsibility of the Area Sales Responsible is to grow the business and maximizing the market shares, mainly by developing the distribution network, this either by strengthening the existing ones or by developing new ones or a combination of both.
This function will require to:
- Build a profound knowledge of the local markets and its player;
- Prepare, propose and execute the most appropriate strategies (pricing, marketing, …);
- Support the distributors locally in:
- Dealer events and exhibitions;
- Product Launches;
- Securing key projects and key accounts.
- Strictly follow-up of the actual results versus the budget, including keeping an eye on the operational & planning flows determining the results (market demand, forecast, payments, quality, …);
- Have the flexibility to travel – up to 30% of your time.
- This function would suit a Master Commercial Engineer or Economics with a practical interest in technology or an Engineer with the necessary commercial attitude;
- The main territories in scope for this vacancy will be Russian speaking, for which knowledge of Russian language is a necessity. Additionally fluent English communication is required, other European languages are a surplus;
